After they had been in the oven, they are so beautiful here. But you have to press down the middle because they can then be filled before they are going out to the guests.

    What kinde of fillings do you mostly put in the pastry?

  2. In school filled them with mushroom stowage, and served with salad to a starter.

  4. Sofia, they look great and when they have the filling they will be very appetising. Our stduents do similar projects in our schools and Vocational Colleges. How do you asess their work?
