Hello Sofia!Did they use some kind of weight in the middle, as you can see in picture two in the recipe?
no they dont do, i think they should have done that because they was forced to press down with your fingers.
The result had been better if they had used a weight, i think.

Sometimes I put a weight or some rice in my pastry before I bake it just a little bit in the oven. It seems to work well. there is such a lot to learn about cooking and food preparation. What stage are your students at who are doing this activity?
