The student put one of the rings on top of the flower puff pastry plates. They are penciled only the lowermost egg.

    This is quite a big job to take on. Our students do similar things and the teacher has to be very busy in supoervising the students and helping them to get the procedure correct. Do you din that you are very busy during these practical lessons?
