This is a picture from inside the restaurant kitchen, from this station is called up guest´s orders. Here produces students lunches by day and a la carte in the evenings to paying guests.
It is both pre-booked a table and drop into.



 Sometimes, student have different themes on the menu, these, they have developed independently during lessons as nutrition and food knowledge. They have had certain rules so as for example to make it profitable, quality, and the meal as a whole should be appealing.
The teachers in the vocational subjects  work a lot togheter in order for students to easily connect contexts.

  1. It is a very good experience for the stduents . It is also good that they are learning about theory and practice. Teachers in Australia also work together to integrate the different parts of the study. We find that in this way the students learn much better. Do you find this?

    1. Absolutely! Through collaboration between theory and practice you create a holistic picture of students. It will be easier for students to make feedback and be able to associate different contexts.
