Here we have a restaurant kitchen provers and bread oven!
Students always bake fresh bread for both lunch
and the restaurant´s guests in the evening.
Here, students learn to bake simpler forms of bread that does not need as much preparation.

ReplyDeleteHow many breads can they manage to bake in this oven?
They bake never any significant amounts, but i can imagine that as an example, it goes into about 12-14 baguettes in the oven.
