Here, students learn to do bouchèer, you have puff pastry plates pushing out two different forms which can then be put on top of each other then you will see on the other pictures.

    Very nice series of pictures! You have made it possible to offer people an easy way to follow the preparation of these bouchèer. It`s very good to eat them, was hungry now after i have seen this. What they finally filled whit?

    In school filled them with mushroom stowage, and served with salad to a starter.

    I am also getting hungry now too. All this wonderful food.In Australia we do similar dishes with our students. What special skills are you teaching them in this photograph?
