Kerstin, how cute is this. Our students learn to do these things in their third year of study at our Vocational Colleges and also at school if they choose to take this pathway.They have to be very patient when working with marzipan. What special skills do you try and teach them?
I try to show them how to put the pieces together so the figures not lose an arm or the head. And of course like you mention, they have to be very patient. The hygiene is also very important. Wash the hands often when you work. Try, try not give up.
