Roses made of Escriba

 My students learn about marzipan
and chocolate which is a separate
 course in their education.

This wonderful roses are made of Spanish
modelingchocolate - Escriba. This chocolate
they made from a recipe. You can model with
in the same way you do with marzipan.

  5. They have done roses several times before, in marsipan. You use the same technique when you work in Escriba. I show them how to do it and they do it in the same way. Roses you can do in many different ways, this in the picture is one example.
