Here is the cold buffet where students laws entrees and desserts. In the cold kitchen, it is about six to eight students at the same time depending on how large the class is.

This is after the cleaning.

  3. No, in one group. they split the class in four, cold buffet, cooking suite, restaurant and institutional kitchens.
