Photo 2

When you walk into the first floor you walk straight in to the classroom that we use for the subjects in business and administration. The room is meant to be a flexible room that can be used as a classroom but also work as a pop-up store. To the left you see the door into a smaller classroom which the students can use as a conference room, work with showcases or have brainstorming sessions. Outside the window you can see a clothing store which is just one of many stores in this location.

  1. You certainly use the space very flexibly and the students must really enjoy learning in your school. How many students do you have? We have teaching spaces like this in our Technical and Further Education Vocational Colleges. But I am puzzled by what a 'pop up store' is. Can you help me with this?

  2. We try our best :)

The business-programme is new for this year so for the moment we only have first graders and they are 18 students. But the goal is to have one class for each of the three years with about 25 students in each class.
In the whole school we have a total of 290 students.

I saw that you got your answer to the pop-up store in the other pictures.

  3. Yes i did and thank you. 25 students in a calss is a good size. I think that sometimes our classes are a little smaller than this in the country. Quite a few of our students learn on line. Do you have this in Sweden?

  4. Well we do have online studies. But not so much in the High School years.
At university though it is quite common.
