The students under the supervision of the teachers also provide food and coffee in the canteen area. While I was there last week the students were learning the art of coffee making and practiced their skills by producing delicious coffee fro customers. Staff and students participated enthusiastically and after the students had learnt about the theory of making coffee and all the skills that go to make up this activity they had the immediate chance to put their learning into practice. the teacher observed their work, provided them with assistance and posed problems for them to solve.
