As you can see there are a number of workspaces for the students to use. Each workstation is fully equipped so the students can work on their food preparation in groups. Each lesson is a mixture of theory and practice and the students find this a very good way to learn.
This is a coment for all of the pictures: It seems as the school is very modern and well-managed. I am very impressed of how nice it is.

Christina it is a wonderful and modern school. The kitchen is remarkable and the students have the opportunity to learn in an environment that is like the restaurants where they may eventually work.
