Inside the School
In the first year of the Restaurant
and Food Preparation program all the students have a chance to try out the
different jobs that the program can prepare them for. This program offers them
the choses to work with waiting, cookery, bakery/confectionery or meat and meat
processing, perishables and delicatessen. In the students second and third year
they are supposed to increase the degree of specialization to become employable in their
choice of work.
I think it is great that students receive the opportunity to try out the different orientations. In addition, as both good and fine out what is presented on the picture. Could you produce you any idea of how the students will later choose a specialization?
ReplyDeleteThat´s really good that the students can try out what the food and service work is all about, in all positions. That gives them an understanding for their colleagues in the restaurant branch.
