This photo is taken inside the hair and beauty department of the school. The teacher is teaching the girls about shading using make up. She has put this photograph up on the electronic white board to provide inspiration. She then asks the girls to design their own make up using a deep foundation, grey and white powder and mascara. She encourages them to be creative and to do their own designs.
Impressive! I think that sort of project is very good to privide the students with inspiration!
ReplyDeleteChristina this is exactly the aim of the lesson. The teacher encourages the students to think about possibilities for make up and design and provides them with examples that stimulate their creativity. The students also have clients who come into the salon for commercial make up sessions, facials and hair styles.
ReplyDeleteThis is not my "game" but I know that students in Sweeden also practice with clients from outside school when they are ready for it.
