Ester Mosessons Gymnasium, Gothenburg
This is a picture of the outside of Ester Mosessons Gymnasium.
Ester Mosessons gymnasium is an Upper Secondary
Vocational School and here is the where I did my first practicum for seven weeks. This
school has approximately 800 students and is focused on Hotel and Restaurant
and Food and Food Preparation. Special things about this school are that it has
one international program and one marine program, where the students are
allowed to do their practice abroad. It also has most of their practical
subjects towards guests; this means that they have two restaurants and one
Café-food market.
